A proposed paper is showing collation load balancing factor implementing quality service (QoS) virtual machine tree (VMT). CloudSim toolkit will then used compare them. structure graph included VMT algorithm schedule tasks distribution each machine. QoS performs scheduling based required user best satisfies user.
